继中文版原创公益歌曲《燃烧的冬天》火热播出后，原创英文版公益歌曲《WINTER ON FIRE》此次在北京冬残奥会期间正式发布，该歌曲将继续助力北京冬残奥会。歌曲制作人、作曲、编曲罗鲲鹏，是热爱中国和中国文化的美国人，近两年来，他致力于中西音乐融合的研究实践，用自己的独特音乐语言诠释中国优秀传统文化。作词张慧珠央视导演、知名诗人、词作家，一直与国内外音乐机构合作，写作了大量的有时代特色的优秀主旋律歌曲。疫情时期，张慧珠就携手罗鲲鹏创作了歌曲《英雄不惧》，获国家级天使特别奖。今天在冬奥会和冬残奥会召开之即，他们再度携手，共同创作公益歌曲《燃烧的冬天》，为北京冬奥会和冬残奥会呐喊助威。为了体现全球盛会主题，罗鲲鹏推荐同样热爱中国和中国文化的菲律宾歌手Mac M. Hermosilla倾情演唱《燃烧的冬天》英文版。其浑厚磁性的嗓音为歌曲增添了色彩。
